Cerebral stroke: the MEMORI-Net project and the new rehabilitation perspectives

With more than 1 million new cases per year incidence, stroke represents one of the most urgent causes of cognitive and motor disability in European countries.
The MEMORI-net project (Mental and Motor Rehabilitation Network of stroke), within the Interreg Italy-Slovenia program, represents a joined effort to improve the management of post-stroke rehabilitation, in order to define common diagnostic and therapeutic protocols based on the most advanced scientific knowledge and the best international practices.
The main objective of the Conference is to provide a strong educational and practical training on the most recent acquisitions in this field. On this thematic day MEMORI-net partners will provide a detailed training program on diagnostic protocols, a bilingual web platform for clinical management of the patient and several sessions dedicated to innovative cognitive and motor rehabilitation tools.
